| Do you publish a catalog and/or price list? | | No. A paper product catalog and price list simply cannot keep up because the prices on the web site are competitive market prices that often change daily so that our customers get the best deal possible. Effectively, the web site IS our product catalog. | | I'm not comfortable using my credit card online. Can I call in my order? | | Yes, but our web prices are for web ordering only. You may call us toll-free at 877.674.5683 to order at our regular prices. Part of our ability to offer the lowest prices on the Internet is that our web order processing and fulfillment system is automatic, and we do not staff a 24-hour/day call center. You can be assured that using your credit card on our secure web site is safe. Our site uses the latest industry-standard SSL encryption, and we are monitored regularly by independent third-party security monitoring services, so no one can intercept your credit card information. If you have concerns, you should check with your card-issuing bank regarding using your credit card on the Internet. Regardless of payment method, you can get your purchase order number on your shipping documents by selecting Purchase Order as the payment method during Checkout, enter your PO number, then press the [Back] or [Previous] button that we provide at the bottom of the page (not your browser's [Back] button). Then you may choose another payment method, and the PO number will be retained in your order. | | Do you offer COD ordering? | | Yes. The current payment options for shipping to your location are shown in the shopping cart and during checkout. An additional service and handling charge from UPS and GoGoods.com applies for this service. Also, certain items may be limited, and in some cases this may not be determined for several days. We recommend using any of the pre-paid electronic payment methods that we offer online to ensure the fastest processing of your order. | | Do you offer expedited shipping? | | Yes, for certain items and locations. Check the product page for your item to determine the availability and lead times. Allow up to 1 day's processing (or more if indicated on your product's web page) in addition to your shipping time in transit. Instant shipping quotes are available for United States locations.
