These Comfort brand mesh underpants are great... not the same brand as the ones I got from the hospital but its function & comfort the same. The mesh can indeed hold a feminine pad in place. At the same time, the stretch of the mesh is extremely comfortable ... stretchy enough to pull over and above my swollen belly and stay ... and stretchy enough to lie, without any sensation of tightness, on the one-week-old incisions from a hysterectomy and a very bloated belly.
