Order Cancellation
Customers that create an online account with us may cancel their own orders online. Orders may be cancelled up to the time an order begins processing which typically occurs between 9a-2p ET business weekdays. We comply with all auction policies regarding cancelled purchases.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return any item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase to obtain a return authorization and instructions. The product must be returned in original condition in the original packaging. Upon arrival and inspection, product refunds will be promptly credited to the original purchase account, shipping excluded. Certain items may have additional specific return conditions published on the respective product web page. Items listed and sold as "used" or "AS-IS" are not returnable. Items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty and Defect Claims
GoGoods.com takes complete responsibility for return and replacement shipping costs if any product is determined to be defective, except items listed and sold as "used" or "AS-IS". Please contact us within within the warranty period to obtain instructions. Product defect claims will not be considered if the product is working as described on the respective web page and published documentation at the time of ordering.
